US Security Care, Inc. is devoted to providing clients with timely, dependable & critical security services. Our commitment is to provide a full-range of security consulting, investigative and protective services for clients large and small with equal attention to detail.

As a member of the sales team you will be responsible for the development and signing of profitable new business and maintaining current accounts. Responsibilities include complete sales cycle process management, lead generation, prospect qualification, analysis, pricing, proposal preparation and presentation(s), contract signing, start-up and customer service follow-up after the sale.  A successful candidate will be a good communicator, excellent closer, and have a hunter mentality.  
 
Responsibilities 
 
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the
  • territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Skills, Education & Experience 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing from an accredited institution or related field.
  • Ability to effectively manage pipeline growth, forecast, plan and engage customer base
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Goldmine CRM system preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and lead others.
  • Must be flexible, able to work as an individual or on a team, and have flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
