Shifts:Weekdays, Evenings/Nights, Weekends, Mornings, Afternoons

The Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the Operations Managers and Operations Assistant on all pertinent Operational matters.

Position shifts:
Wednesday-Friday from 3pm-11pm
Saturday from 9am-5:00pm
Sunday from 10am-6pm
Pay Rate: $18hr

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs administrative and clerical tasks as needed; 
  • Assists Operations Managers with the scheduling of PT employees in open assignments;
  • Creates and modifies shifts in the scheduling software;
  • Communicates with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;
  • Maintain Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS in Human Resources or related field preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience administrative experience supporting operations;
  • Prior experience with Scheduling Software;
  • Self-starter with a pleasant and professional attitude; good typing skills;
  • Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;
  • Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be able to pass background proceedings.
